It focuses on companies and core technology built in Europe, including the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Ukraine and the wider European continent. Investors, funds and relevant experts may participate from anywhere in the world. Typical Hasta rounds range from €100,000 to €600,000. Members decide on each company individually, with a minimum member check of €10,000 per deal. The public mandate includes applied AI and core software; autonomy, robotics and sensing; advanced components and production; compute, networks and data infrastructure; and resilient infrastructure. Strategic, dual-use and defence applications are within the mandate where they strengthen European capability and have a credible technical, commercial and production path. Defence does not define the whole mandate. Members of the selected investor and expert network are called the Hastati. They co-invest, learn and contribute relevant judgment, contacts and practical help. Hasta also convenes focused gatherings for founders, engineers, operators, investors and institutions through [Hasta events](https://luma.com/hasta). Public pages do not disclose private members, confidential deal information, non-public portfolio information, performance claims or returns.
